The Billing module provides registration in the system of sales documents, ranging from sales planning to the shipment of goods to the buyer. The functionality of the module allows you to plan shipments, manage the client’s credit limit, sales prices and create outgoing documents.

The main functions of the module:

  • maintaining in the sales forecast system – documents reflecting the planned sale of goods to the client. Contains items of goods and terms of sale;
  • sales management of sales representatives
  • creation of sales orders in the system with the ability to track a client’s credit limit and reserve reserves. The approval procedure for the sales order provides control of stocks and the
  • process of further sale of goods. In the case of using the contract management module, a sales order can be generated in the system automatically, as a revocation under the sales
  • contract;
  • maintaining price lists, as well as discounts and other price conditions. Sales management module documents can be created with reference to the current price list;
  • shipment management – automatic generation of outbound deliveries by the positions of previously created orders;
  • invoicing – billing for previously created documents;
  • formation of receivables;
  • returns and adjustments to sales documents;

The module is integrated with such modules as Inventory/Costs, Budget Planning and Control, Customer Relationship Management, Financials and Management Accounting.
