Labor Lawsuits

Using the Labor Lawsuits module, you can manage the progress of litigations and pleadings from the moment you receive subpoenas or notifications. At the same time, it was possible to request instances, schemes and jurisdictions, as well as process data on hearings, stages, publications, decisions and results of trials.

When processing claims, data and communications of all parties are tracked. The lawsuit can only be tracked from the position of the plaintiff or mention only the defendant. Using a system, a related lawsuit is as easily controlled by a lawyer or law firm as a simple lawsuit that only mentions the defendant.

To manage information about the parties to the disputes – plaintiffs, lawyers, agents, witnesses, experts and assistants – the module uses a single directory of individuals of the Ma-3 system.
