Workflow

The main and most obvious function of the Workflow tool is sending and responding to emails, that is, actions that are usually performed manually on a daily basis. The tool provides not only messaging, but also tracks each process individually and maintains an archive.

But, besides this, for the toolkit, the process is any operation or a set of them that can be performed in the system. Such operations can be programmed and scheduled. Thus, after a thorough analysis of the process as a whole, the user can automate most of it by using AdvPL programming.

The tool also provides the possibility of internal correspondence without the use of email. This can be very useful when users work simultaneously in a single process.
