The Document Control module is intended for document management and supports the implementation of the following functions:
- Registration and release of procedures, instructions, standards, projects and other documents of the company;
- Monitoring the life cycle of documents: typing, preparing a document, controlling the validity period, approving and distributing electronic and paper versions of a document;
- Formation of a familiarization protocol;
- Integration with Microsoft® Word®;
- Issue of the main list and list of documents for each recipient / folder;
- An electronic mailing list with recommendations on new documents and / or with a warning about familiarization with the changes.
