The National Platform company took part in the ITOPK-2020 forum in Kaluga last week. During the three days allocated for the Forum program, representatives and industry experts discussed the best methods and practices of managing defense enterprises, considered the practical implementation of the national program “Digital Economy of the Russian Federation” and recommendations for the implementation of the best domestic IT products for the defense industry. Within the framework of the forum, a plenary session was held, ten thematic sections worked, panel discussions were organized. The participants visited a number of defense and civilian enterprises.
The operational director of the National Platform, Mikhail Aksyonov, made a presentation to the participants of the forum on the topic “Implementation of end-to-end traceability of costs along the chain of cooperation and accounting requirements for SDO in the Ma-3 system.
“It is possible to implement end-to-end traceability of costs and accounting in accordance with SDO requirements using three elements in the Ma-3 ERP system. First, the presence in the system of an object that allows you to transfer demand during the planning cycle and organize the movement of goods between warehouses belonging to different enterprises in the supply chain. Secondly, the transfer of materials to any section in the chain of workshops and warehouses, together with the transfer of the cost structure, and not only with the price of a semi-finished product or component (when using a semi-finished accounting method). Thirdly, the division of costs and stocks of the enterprise not only at the project level, but at the level of a special branch, created automatically for each of such contracts. With this approach, it is possible to transfer materials from order to order only through a long-term specialized chain of internal systemic workflow. Thus, the system implements the peculiarity of the Russian approach to technological preparation, provides an opportunity to conveniently describe the “ordering” and “development”, and implements the requirements that make it possible to generate the reporting necessary when working on the state defense order along the entire end-to-end chain of enterprises”, Mikhail Aksyonov said in his speech.
ITOPK-2020 forum is organized with the support of the Collegium of the Military-Industrial Commission of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Defense of Russia, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia, the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Kaluga Region.
